Millie Mummery is a Litigation Attorney at De Castroverde Law Group. As an ambitious young lawyer, Millie is no stranger to the courtroom. In fact, she sat second chair in a civil jury trial only two months after being sworn in as an attorney
Originally from a small town in southwest Colorado, Millie had a successful career as a real estate broker before she began working in the legal field. She went on to manage a personal injury law firm in Denver, where she worked closely with catastrophic injury victims and learned from experienced trial attorneys. During that time, Millie decided she wanted to go to law school to fight for victims in righteous cases.
Millie earned her law degree from William S. Boyd School of Law, where she graduated with Cum Laude and Pro Bono Honors.
While at Boyd, Millie was a member of the Society of Advocates Mock Trial Team, where she represented her University in national mock trial competitions and gained special recognition for her opening statements and advocacy skills. She also served as President of Boyd’s chapter of the American Constitution Society and was selected by ACS National to serve as a Next Generation Leader.
During law school, Millie externed with Clark County Commissioner Tick Segerblom and worked in the Thomas and Mack Legal Clinic, where she represented immigration clients, handled appeals, and drafted legislation. Millie is the co-author of Assembly Bill 407, which was signed into law by Governor Lombardo in 2023. She also clerked at De Castroverde Law Group for two years before joining as an Attorney.
Millie prides herself in providing zealous representation for deserving clients to help them get the compensation they deserve.
She is admitted to the Nevada Bar and the United States District Court, District of Nevada.
Outside of work, Millie enjoys road trips, watersports, and snowboarding.
