Coo Coo’s Gourmet Coffee Cafe is an old-fashioned diner-style cafe found at 19 West Pacific Avenue in Downtown Henderson that’s been serving coffee and food for over 25 years. It’s open Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Its menu includes hot and cold sandwiches, soups, salads, specials, and breakfast plates that are served all day. You’ll also find in-house baked muffins and cookies, along with an assortment of espresso drinks, hot and cold teas, smoothies, milkshakes, boba teas, and hot chocolate.

BabyStacks Cafe

BabyStacks is a breakfast and lunch cafe that first opened in 2010 and now has several locations in the Las Vegas area, including one in Henderson at 550 North Stephanie Street Suite D. It’s open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends.
